Karoti iliyokaruzwa                     1 Kikombe cha chai (kama karoti 2)
Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika
 
1.    Washa oveni moto wa 350°F.

2.    Paka mafuta chombo utakayopikia keki, kisha nyunyiza unga na gonga iliyozidi.

3.    Kwenye bakuli la kiasi, changanya pamoja unga, baking soda, iliki, na chumvi weka kando.

4.      Katika bakuli nyengine, piga mayai, sukari, mtindi, na mafuta mpaka ilainike.
5.    Polepole changanya mchanganyiko wa mayai kwenye wa unga hadi ilainike; kisha tia karoti.

6.    Mimina kwenye chombo uliyo tayarisha na uvumbike kwa dakika 40 - 45.

7.    Kisha iache ipoe kwenye sufuria dakika 15 halafu pindua na iache ipoe kabisa.

8.    Tengeneza sukari laini (icing sugar) ½ kikombe na vijiko 2 vya maji na unyunyizie juu; na ikisha kauka itakuwa tayari kuliwa.
